I am a balanced, mature man looking for the same in a partner. I know how to enjoy myself and I am fun to be with, yet I never take my eyes off the really important things in life. I am sophisticated, but casual. I am well educated, but not an elitist. I try to do the right thing or take the "high road" --- always! Family, beginning with my partner, and friends are very very important to me. I am active and enjoy most sports. I like jogging, running, playing golf, tennis (played in college) and paddle, swim, and exercise 3-4 times a week. I also like to relax -- dinner out or cook my meals at home, watch a movie, have good conversation. I love to travel and plan nice vacations. While I have a very good life, I am missing that special person to share it with. I have been a widower for 8 year now as I am looking for a confident, independent woman with some of my same interests. I am not looking to be taken care of --- but, I would like to take care of a woman whom I can love and share everything with. My children are all grown and live away from home. While I still work, my schedule is flexible and now I would like to share my life with someone special, travel and have fun.
